In keeping with the New York Lawyer’s Code of Professional Responsibility, Roger Victor Archibald, PLLC, actively fulfills our duty to provide pro bono legal services to our community. Most recently, we represented the Caribbean Women’s Health Association, a not for profit organization located in Brooklyn, New York, in a lawsuit that involved a former employee (the defendant) misappropriating funds. In 2010, said former employee pled guilty to criminal charges, and subsequent to said conviction, our firm successfully secured a default judgment against the defendant.
