White-collar crimes is a broad term that encompasses many types of nonviolent criminal offenses involving fraud and illegal financial transactions. White-collar crimes include bank fraud, bribery, blackmail, counterfeiting, embezzlement, forgery, insider trading, money laundering, tax evasion, and antitrust violations.

Said employee was facing several felony charges that carried a maximum sentence of 25 years, however, at trial, Mr. Archibald successfully defended his client, resulting in an acquitted of all 5 felony counts and the client was only held responsible on one minor misdemeanor count.
